While it is important to look your best during recruitment it is even more important to be comfortable and feel good about yourself! You will not be judged according to what you wear, but dressing nice and feeling confident will help enhance the impression you make. Here are some suggestions as to what you want to wear.
 

Casual Rounds:

Round one – For the first day of recruitment you are provided with a t-shirt.  You can pair this with any slacks, capris, jeans or skirt of your choice.

Round two - During this round, wear jeans or khakis and a cute shirt.  Remember to be comfortable as this is a long day.

Dressy Rounds:

Round three - This round is a little dressier. Most women wear sundresses or a nice pair of slacks and a dressy shirt.

Preference Night - On the final round of recruitment, potential new members should wear something that you would wear to church or in any modest setting.  This is the most formal attire for the recruitment process.
